So I am starting a mostly raw diet tomorrow. It will be hard but I feel like I need to do this. Here is my list.

The more and more I read on raw foods and the benefits the more I am starting to get excited about what I am doing. I know it will be hard which is why I am
NOT switching totally to raw foods but instead I am including a lot of them in my diet right now. I will try this for a few weeks before doing anything else because I originally wanted to do a full body cleanse.

Great News I'm back on my whole health kick.
Right now im making a grocery list so i can make sure that I have all the correct foods in my house to keep me on track. I have actually been doing pretty ok. I've lost about 7lbs in last three weeks which is about 2lbs a week. Not bad, but I know that I could do better if I was eating a little better and not just cutting calories. My knee hasn't been acting up so I can get back to doing my cardio
turbofire is INSANE!!!! so that's a great thing and I've also been drinking 2 liters of water a day, well more like 1 3/4 but I'm almost at 2 and then I will make it 3 liters that I need to drink a day. THANK GOD for Clear American sparking water. 0sugars, 0calories, 0sodium, 0caffeine just plain ole' sparking water! Well, that's my update I will post my grocery list later....

Sooo, I'm thinking about starting a
cleanse. But not for weight loss... for clarity...I keep reading about how people would go on a cleanse and come out of it successfully with more clarity on everything, better habits and another side effect
good one at that is some weight loss. I figure that it will help me balance my emotions and help my eating habits. I also figure that since now i have so much work to do to finish out the rest of my classes, it would be the perfect time to start now so that any other side effects that I endure can be ignored by writing an essay, studying or completing other assignments. I wanted to do a fruit and vegtable all natural clease for 5-7 days. If the side effects aren't that bad I will go longer. However, if they are I wont because I dont want the backlash. This is one of the cleanses from ehow.com that I came across although I'm not going to be following it.

But a water fast can promote colon cleansing with no need to buy special ingredients. Water fasts are exactly what they sound like: going for a certain number of days consuming nothing but pure water.
Juice and fruit fasting will also cause a cleansing of the colon. In juice fasting, you consume only the juice of fresh (preferably organic) fruits for a certain amount of time, generally one or two weeks to thirty days. Fruit fasting is a similar diet. Those on a fruit fast eat only fresh fruits for ten days to two weeks, or longer.

Full Body Cleansing
If you prefer to not focus on one part of your body at a time, you can perform a full-body cleanse. Green smoothies can be used as a full-body cleanse. Just blend dark, leafy greens such as spinach or kale with water or juice and a complimentary choice of fruit together, then drink. One easy recipe for green smoothies is 2 cups of fresh spinach, 2 seeded peaches, and one cup of orange juice.
The master cleanse is also used as a full-body detoxifier. The master cleanse generally consists of drinking nothing but a lemonade made of 10 oz. of water, 2 tbsp. of freshly-squeezed lemon juice, 2 pinches of cayenne pepper, and 2 tbsp. of maple syrup for three to fourteen days. It is also recommended by MasterCleanse.Org that you either begin or end the day with a saltwater flush, consuming 2 tbsp. of sea salt dissolved into 32 oz. of water.

Ok, so yesterday when I
freaked out it was because I spent almost the entire day trying to talk myself out of exercising and the food that I ate was some of the most unhealthy food that I had eaten in awhile. What made me
freak was when i noticed that
ALL of my meals had been that way. Every last meal I kept giving myself reasons why it was ok for me to eat the large amount of greasy or sugary foods. While they tasted damn good they made me feel bad. I hate feeling that way.
On top of that I was giving myself reasons why I didnt have to exercise. So what I did was got up and did a 35 minute cardio crunch fitness dvd and then did the slim in 6 start it up dvd.
So that was yesterday .... as far as today goes, I got up ate a banana, two hours later ate a plate with 2 riblets, mac & cheese and corn (sounds bad but it was a small plate) and then I took a shower and exercised. I did a 40 minute turbo jam cardio tape and a 27 minute slim in 6 tape and then the 14 minute slim and limber. The slim and limber is nothing but stretching and I love it. It helps me not be sore or helps my foot and knee not pop while im walking. So yeah, that's my day in a nutshell. Mostly good. However the day isn't over yet.
Oh yeah, yesterday also, my hp laptop died. Completely blacked out and not only comes on for a few seconds. Somehow the universe always seems to know when im going to get a little bit of money because something happens to make it where i have to spend it. smdh

Ok, so yesterday when I
